The response is different each time I call. I have spoken to tier2 a few times. Each of the tier2 response about the processing time frame is different. One of the tier2 even told me to expect a feed back five months from the date I filed the petition. It has been more than five months since I filed the petition and no response from USCIS. I have been to an info pass appt. With a funny smile, the response I got was to come back if I did not hear anything within three to six months. I have been to my Senator's office to get help and off the bat was given the bad news that it is taking USCIS twelve months to process Form I-130. I think the immigration liason at the Senator's office did not want to help. Either way I filed out the release form. My question is why is this taking so long to get a response back from USCIS? Also I included Form 864, letter of employment, tax returns and W-2 statements with the form, do you think it will slow my petition down? This organization was doing well prior to this slow down. A family member petition for grandmother and it took USCIS less than five months to approve it. 2013-10-28
