There seems to be a disconnect with the new site and old site updates. We received our NOA2 in the mail but according to customer service, we were not approved as of yet. Had to submit a case inquiry: 03/07

EAD/AP combo card was issued. Mine was an expedited request for AP but they ended up sending the combo card which was great!
I went to USCIS office in Seattle since I couldn't track the status of my expedited request online or via agents available at the helpline. I needed to travel immediately. At USCIS office, I got issued an emergency parole for a month (from 2019-02-06 to 2019-03-05). I traveled. My expedited request also got approved later and I got the combo card. |
