It was horrible, they sent us a I-797 stating James EAD was approved but then the card never delivered to us. When we contacted USCIS and USPS they blamed each other and were not helpful, ultimately USCIS made us reapply and wait another 6 months to receive it. (6 more months not permitted to work because they lost his printed EAD card). |
