Received an RFE as I had booked a return flight when arranging migration to the USA, and despite cancelling the return leg of the journey I was somehow logged as having left the country!
I had to provide proof that I remained in the USA (I-94 record, bank statements, etc.) which was annoying but to USCIS' credit they did get everything approved less than 3 weeks after receiving all evidence. |

The EAD Combo card was meant to arrive on Feb 28, but USPS failed to deliver and sent the card back to USCIS National Benefits Center without notifying me, which caused a delay of 1.5 months. |
