They got it on 03/28/23 but they reject it “due to incomplete information and/or the credit card information you supplied was denied.†(That’s what's written on the rejection notice). I got this notice in the mail on 04/04/23 and I resend the package with a check on 04/06/23. Very frustrated cause they didn’t even attempt to use the card (I talked with the card and they didn't see any attempts) and u revise the info more than 5 times and the lawyer did too. Everything correct. They simply didn't accept it. And now i resent it with a check so I will be sure that it will work now and I wont lose another 2 weeks. | 2023-09-02 | ||||

Mailed AOS packet in November before overstaying visa, credit card declined due to suspicious activity. Resubmitted packet on 15DEC22. Never received Receipts by mail due to lost in mail. Called and received receipt numbers over phone on 29DEC22. I had still not received my receipts by my biometrics appt, so while there I asked them if they could print them. They tried to pull it but said they could only see that the packet was received, and that the receipt form was not available for them to see or print for me. 10JAN23- case status “case is being actively reviewed.†And received email saying case is status: initial review. 22AUG23- Received action taken email. Logged in, case status was case is being actively reviewed, checked documents and found approval notice dated 22AUG23. Later same day received another case status email. Logged in and saw i485 had been approved. Checked documents and approval notice was there.
