MY RESPONSE TO THEM IS WITH THE FOLLOWING: - cover letter - copy of RFIE letter - New FORM I-864 completed & signed - copy of 2018 W2 - copy of 2018 1040 - copy of form 2555EZ - copy of tax schedule - copy of 6 months paystubs - updated COE w/signature - husband's passport biographical page - US Birth certificate ****end****** - March 12/2019 online status says that they received our response. - March 20/2019 status has changed to case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview. ***Interview*** Pretty smooth most of the questions goes to my husband about dates we meet and my birthday. We didn't get an approval right after the interview but after couple of hours online status change to "Approved". | 2024-06-30 | |
