However, Dulles POE officer either didn't forward the vaccine paper or it was lost in the shuffle. Husband had to pay $200 to get vaccines all over again. One way to avoid this - DEMAND THAT YOUR DOCTOR IN THE ORIGIN COUNTRY GIVES YOU THE COPY OF THE MEDICAL FORMS. They're supposed to do it (it says so on the forms), but his doctor in Ecuador didn't do it. Wasted an extra 5 days and $200.	2012-10-05
