On May 2nd, I called USCIS and spoke with a tier-2 rep who put in a service request and gave me a reference number to call back in 15 days if they hadn't reply. After the 15 days and nothing from them, I called back and they told me to add 30 more days (I was super frustrated, attempted to make an info pass appointment at our local office in Baltimore but to no avail). So on June 20th, after my husband read a thread about someone that called a tier-2 and was able to get a service request put in at their local office and subsequent approval a week later; he called and the tier-2 rep he spoke with told him that she will put in a service request at our local field office (our case is already there). Today, the 24th we got our approval email!:)	2016-09-04
