Super easy process. CBP took my fingerprints and photo and then took me to secondary. Waited 20 minutes and then was called up and my visa was stamped, all I was asked was to confirm my intended address. Got to YVR at 9:30am three hours before my flight. Checked in luggage and went through security screening like usual which took about half an hour. It was surprising to enter from outside the US, but there were no issues or harassment. We waited in a room off to the side. At our turn they asked a few questions and approved quickly.
