Had my interview on 13th, This was by far the fastest, easiest part of whole process. Appointment was at 11.30, i got to London Bridge by train just after 10 and decided to slowly walk to embassy. Had supergrip on my bag the whole time, it was scary to carry so much important paperwork :D By the time I got there it was 11 so decided to try and see if they'll let me in as in interview letter it says to arrive 15 mins earlier and they did.
Girl at the booth was really nice, checked my ds260 confirmation page and passport, we joked about how she should have a roof as it was pretty cold and windy. Then she sent me to small building which is security. They check your passport again and you go through airport type check and then to embassy building. Ask you to take a sip of water if you have it with you, but I barely even touched bottle to my lips and he said yeah that's fine lol. Inside reception takes your passport, ds260 and puts label with number on it, then sends you up to 1st fl... read complete review

Showed up early but was told to come back as I could only be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Once inside, went through security where they checked my passport and DS-160. After security, waited in line for close to an hour. Was called up to the window and told to go up to a different section where they took my paperwork. Was asked a few questions and was approved. Painless process.

Very good experience. I had my baby with me. Interviewer asked where my husband was (he was in the waiting area), asked about my two children, and why we were moving to the US. We had a 1pm interview time and it was very quiet, hardly any other customers there. The play area was really appreciated.

Ok so I had my interview on the 9th of October 2018 at the London consulate. I am from Belfast in Northern Ireland and because Northern Ireland is apart of the UK and the US Consulate in Belfast doesn't process the K1 visa I had to do my medical and interview in London. So I flew in and out in the same day, got taxis to and from.
Consulate was in a nice area of London, was also a nice day, I got there a little late but they say they hold your appointment for 30 mins after your time. My apointment was booked for 11:30am and I arrived at the embassy at 11:45 (Wasn't my fault, traffic was ridiculous and taxi was 30 mins late picking me up, my nerves were through the roof at this point and I could have passed out any second.) went to the door to go in and there was a line of people, we all had our DS-160s checked and were let into the first building which is basically just aiport security. Went through I had my phone and all my doccuments buut no laptop with me so can't giv... read complete review

We had our interview on the 25th of October. All the staff were very friendly in the helpful at the embassy. My fiancé was called to a window and myself and our son joined him, he handed all the paperwork that was asked for, and we were asked to sit back down in the waiting area and wait to be called again. We were called to a window again, and I think it helped that me and our son were with him because they didn’t ask a songle question. The woman just said you are approved, but they needed a subject access report from ACRO because my partners police certificate said further information stepped down. We went home printed it off (luckily I ordered the subject access report when I ordered the police certificate because it takes about a month to be sent to you) and we sent it all off through Royal Mail special delivery. 5 days later our status changed from administrative processing to issued 😃 it’s taken a little over 9 months but we are finally there 😃
