Our interview didn't go so well. The lady that interviewed was very rude and kept interrupting him without letting him explain the questions that was asked of him. In the end, they gave him a letter that says it was refused and in Administrative Processing because they haven't received his medial yet.

My husband (fiance at the time) had his K1 visa approved at the time of the interview. They asked him a few basic follow-up/confirmation questions. We did a lot of work to gather proof of our relationship, etc. before the interview so I don't think there was much left to ask. Overall, a good experience.

Really quick to get into the embassy and all of the staff were really nice. Though the doors are REALLY heavy!!
Got called to hand in my paperwork within ~15 minutes then asked to wait in the same lobby area to be called back up. Took just over an hour and a half from entering before this happened.
The official went through some of my documents, how I met my partner, what he and I do for a living, etc. She commented about having the wrong form for our co-sponsor, but that as I had a strong chance of getting a job on my own that she was able to approve the visa!

Actually very encouraging interview. Brand new embassy. 20 min wait to get in on time at 11am. 30 min wait for documentation review, maybe another 30 mins for actual interview. Very short interview (~ 3 mins) (have been married > 20 years)

Extremely fast and efficient. Was in and out of the embassy within 45 minutes. No taxing questions or detailed probing, just some basic stuff about the relationship.
Name on birth cert does not match passport (middle name is not on passport), I was asked about this but it did not cause any issues.
