The wait for an interview date took almost one month to receive. The interview date was two months after we finally heard from the embassy. It was, at the time, revamping the system. Overall, given the overhaul of the computer system, it was the most frustrating aspect of the process. The embassy was kind, yet formal. The questions were nothing unexpected. It took about half an hour total, from the time upon entering. The interview took about ten minutes! Visa was issued the next day, per tracking. Visa with passport was received in less than one week!

I got my interview date after 3 months and 27 days of Ready state.
In the day of my interview : 22/09/2017, they said they have a problem in the system, and they cannot do the interview if it is not fixed. They requested that I give all the documents and they took finger-prints..They said they will call me to get back for the interview..They said also it will take 2 weeks in worst case...Here I am waiting again...It is really a slow process here...

My husband had a great experience. He said that the lady who interviewed him was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor.

My husband's interview went well. He said the woman asked him quite a few questions, some of which were:
1. How did you and your wife meet?
2. What was the name of the Facebook group?
3. What does your work do for work and does she like it?
4. What does your wife like to do while she is visiting you?
5. Where does your wife like to go hiking in Tunisia and in the US?
6. Do you cook for your wife?
He said he was told he was approved and given the pink slip to pick up his visa in 6 days. Let's see if there are any delays.
