The whole interview process went very smooth. Asked questions like "What do you and your fiancee prefer--dogs or cats?" Fiance was very happy with Madrid!

I'm posting this on behalf of my fiance, who just got approved! He said the interview was really easy. They asked him simple questions like how we met, where did he plan to live, what did he plan to do for work, had we met each others' families, etc. He had everything in order so it went fairly quickly. His appointment was at 9am and he left at 10:30. For some reason the clinic he'd gone to for the medical appt told him the X-rays weren't needed at the embassy, so he didn't take them. The interviewer told him it was no big deal, he was approved, but they do need the X-rays. He went home immediately to get them and took them back the embassy. His visa will be in the mail next week!

I was given the interview´s date for the 9th of December. God is good, so I pray for my husband, my children and I can be together for Christmas. I'm so happy.

Embassy was a breeze according to fiance. They did not look at any of our documents and only asked a handful of questions. One of the questions he specifically quoted was " What does your fiancee find different about Spain?" He did have to wait at embassy for over 3 hours for all of this. And the time they scheduled his interview was not late enough to pick up medical results prior and still be on time. He was late to interview but there was no way around it. The doctors office said they were used to this issue.
