I arrived in Poland last month to accompany my fiancee to her interview at the US Embassy in Warsaw. Everything went well and we were eventually approved for K-1 visa. I want to Thank All the US Embassy personnel for their help in our request. The problem now is with my fiancee's 6 year old Daughter. We are having trouble with The Polish Court in getting her a passport and subsequent K-2 visa. I had to go to Polish court while I was there in November. The Judge seemed to be an "Old Believer" and not agreeable to divorced couples who want to start a new life together. The case has been delayed 4 times already. We can not wait 100 years for Polish Court Reform. The K-1 visa has a timeframe to be used, we have told the Court this, but they only want more "witnesses" We have done everything we can think of including hiring a Polish lawyer who seems overwhelmed herself. Any ideas from anyone is appreciated.

Arrived at around 9am for 9:15 appointment. After clearing security we went to the next room where they scanned the TNT delivery sheet into their system and placed a barcode sticker on the back of the passport.
We were then sent to the window where you get your number for waiting in line and give medical exams envelope and any other missing documents.
The person gave us a number but also took medical exam envelope and processed all the documents at the same time.
We sat down again waiting for fingerprints for which we were called about 5 minutes later, to the same window.
Then about a 30 minute wait to speak with the CO. There were three people who were waiting before us, with earlier numbers, but we were called in first, so I guess the number order or "first come first served" does not apply.
The CO was a very nice lady.
She asked the beneficiary the following questions:

Moja wizyta do ambasady miała miejsce 25 września, 2014.

Long story short: It was nice and easy.
For a very, very long and detailed story.. Keep reading!
My interview was scheduled for 8.30 AM on September 2, 2014.
We got there at around 7.30. There were a few people already waiting.
The security guy let us in at about 7.45. We walked in, I told the secy people that my husband was a citizen and he was gonna join me at the interview. Hubby only had to show his passport. No problems here. ***FYI*** We did email the embassy about a week earlier whether it would be possible for my husband to join me at the interview. The embassy's response was positive.
Then, there was yet another door, where again we had to wait to be let in.
10 minutes later, at 8 o'clock, the door was opened and we were invited in. Right there I had to show the passport pickup confirmation page. After that, we were asked to go through yet another door, which turne... read complete review
