It went smooth during my Consular Stage. My mom was outside waiting for me as she is not allowed to enter US embassy during the interview. Questions that were asked: My name, my birthday , petitioner name , how did and when did we meet,i answered was introduce by my cousin and he ask my cousin name and where she lived, my petitioner her job, company she is working, and how many times we met ,the consul did not ask any documents , he just open our file sent by the uscis and nvc, i saw the huge file measure 3 inch and he just told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks standard length of time of waiting and In less than 5 minutes i got approval. Waiting time is much longer than the approval time. And... the Security checking upon entering the US embassy.

There's not much to say here other than my fiancée's interview was quick and easy, as most here on VisaJourney have experienced. As long as you have all the required documents, you should be good to go. I would recommend having some photos of you and your fiancé(e) separate from the rest of your documentation. We had our photos mixed in with scans of passport stamps, boarding passes, and receipts. This didn't cause any problems, but if the officer simply asks for photos, this just makes things a little easier.
