During this time, it seems that all the schedules for K1 Visa were only on Wednesdays. The waiting time was about 3 weeks which is just enough time to get your medical report.
There will be some security protocols before going inside the Embassy.
My total waiting time was about an hour. The questions were pretty straightforward:
1. How long have you been together
2. How did you both meet?
3. Where will you live in the US?
4. What is my fiance's job?
5. Do you plan to work when you get there?

The interview was not hard. All the paperwork was in order. It took a long time. The embassy does not allow phones. It's a long time to sit and nervously wait. My fiancé said he prayed the whole time (hours) that he was waiting.

Wife had her appointment at 6:30am we arrived at 5:30am. I was required to wait outside until she was finished, they have a dedicated area for people waiting. It took her 3 hours total and was approved at the end of the interview, she was asked almost 20 questions by the consular, mostly the generic questions you see people post about, very simple and easy to answer. My wife was an OFW in Dubai and we did not have a police certificate, I made a not during the NVC stage that we did not have the certificate and it was not required based on state department requirements, it was approved at the NVC stage and was not asked for during the interview.

Was fairly quick. She said the questions were the normal questions everyone reports. My name, birthday, how we met. They didn't go over any of the paperwork I already submitted on the NVC website; however, apparently we missed a section on the email where they told us to make sure and upload a new NBI and CENOMAR. They told her she had to scan and send those within an hour or reschedule. She left her phone behind (because you can't take it with you), so she had no way to contact me. But, outside there were people uploading documents for 300 php per page. So she did that.
I dropped the ball, but she got it sorted. The end result was an approval.
