June 13,2011 5:00AM Monday... My daughter and I went to Manila US Embassy. We arrived there at around 5:30 and fall inline. We enter the embassy at around 6:30AM already because the line is too long.. I got my number and its 5011. I waited for my number to flash on the screen for my first interview and at around 7:45AM my number was called. It was a Filipina lady who ask me so many questions and check all the documents we submitted. She is quite very serious and ask questions like "Where & when did u meet your fiance'?","When did he propose you?", "How many times did he visit you here?", "How many times did he get married and divorced?" etc... My second interview with an American lady was at around 8:20AM and we also undergo fingerprint scan. She only ask my complete name and my birthday and also my daughter's complete name and her birthday. That's all. We waited for our final interview for about almost an hour and at around 9:15AM my number flashed again on the screen. The consulate g... read complete review

My fiance came with me to the interview, which I am really thankful for. We got there at 5am. There was a line already, but it wasn't that long. I wasn't surprised to see many people selling ballpens and buggering you. They actually try to scare you by saying, "Do you have this or that?" then you double think to see if you DO have it. Just make sure you are ready when you get there.
Don't forget:
- documents
- passport
- appointment letter
- 2x2 pictures
- black pen
- Don't bring any electronics, no food or drinks. We just bought our papers and a wallet, that's it. Just don't bring anything. It's less stress for everyone.
They started letting peop... read complete review
