I went with my fiance. As a result, they did not ask for any documentation. They basically just passed her because I was there. Weird.

June 22,2011 that is the best day! The BIG day for me,my honey and my 3 lovely kids.. Our interview in USEM. I woke up at 3am,pray and asked GOD to guide me and my kids. I made sandwiches and cups noodles for the kids to eat,then prepared ourselves,took shower etc...
The hotel where we stayed was just a block away from usem so we arrived there at 5am and we saw a lot of people fall in line. I saw 3 lines,K1 or fiance visa,seamans and i am not sure about the next line maybe student or CRI or tourist visa
applicant. The guard let us in at exactly 6am, they checked the ds156k, ds157, ds156 forms (2 copy each) and of course the appointment letter and the passport. Then they gave us a number: 7007, our lucky number. Inside the embassy, we dropped the forms in window 39 (DS156, DS157, DS 156k and our passports) and then waited for our number to be called. Numbers are randomly called so we waited there for, ahm, not so long..  )

MY FIANCEE WENT TO HER INTERVIEW ALONE BECAUSE I AM SAVING VACATION TIME FROM WORK SO WE CAN DO MORE HERE SINCE I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW THE FIANCE
IN THE INTERVIEW ROOM MARY ANN SAID THAT IT IS STRESSFUL BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, 3 PEOPLE INTERVIEWED HER THE FIRST ONE ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ME LIKE DO I HAVE CHILDREN HOW MANY HOW MANY YEARS I WAS MARRIED WHICH SHE DIDNT KNOW BUT THE OFFICER DIDNT MIND THEY ASKED HER FOR MY COMPLETE ADDRESS, MY BIRTHDATE BASIC QUESTIONS THE SECOND INTERVIEWER ASK MARY ANN QUESTIONS ABOUT HERSELF WHERE SHE WAS BORN WHERE SHE LIVED AND SINCE SHE WAS A OVERSEAS WORKER SHE WAS ASKED WHAT THE ADDRESS WAS WHERE SHE LIVED , WHO WAS HER EMPLOYER .
THE THIRD INTERVIEWER WAS A LITTLE MORE FORMAL , AND ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MYSELF AND MARY ANN BUT THEN HE WAANTED TO TALK ABOUT WHERE MARY ANN LIVED WHILE BEING OVER SEAS BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT THE CONSULATE OFFICER HAD LIVED THERE TWO , THEN THE CO LOOKED THROUGHT THE PA... read complete review

Very easy interview. The only comment would be the chinese woman asking a Filipina woman so many questions. I guess it might be a novelty item to have a Filipina woman seeking a K1 Visa to the USA in Hong Kong.
