AFTER A LITTLE OVER A YEAR WE FINALLY GOT APPROVED ...THE PETITION APPROVAL TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN THE VISA APPLICATION APPROVAL...I SPENT HOURS AT A LIBRARY HERE IN USA STUDYING THE IMMIGRATION LAWS AND THEN WE DID EVERYTHING ON OUR OWN...THANKS GOD WE ACHIEVED OUR GOALS IN A REASONABLE TIME CONSIDERING WE DID NOT HIRE A LAWYER...I PERSONALLY NEVER TRUST THEM...LOL...GOOD LUCK TO THE REST HERE AND FEEL FREE TO ASK IF EVER NEED ADVICE.

( we filed k1 very soon after annulment, it was not problem) She asked Augie how many times she is annulled and when did we meet? How and where? When did we first meet in person? when was my first visit? when was the last visit , how many times did he visit? does he have kids? what is their name and age? then she asked about the father of my stepson. She ask where is his father? Augie answered he is working abroad as a seaman.
Does he pay support? (no).
