My wife went to her medical today. She was told to bring one passport photo, her passport, and copy of her interview appointment.
During her appointment, they also needed a copy of her annulment papers from previous marrage and a copy of the fist page from packet 3 that has the case number on it. They didn't mention that before hand so thought I'd throw that out there. Make sure to bring those documents as well as the ones mentioned by the Embasy to your medical.

My fiance accompanied me in my interview and everything went fine. We were interviewed by a chinese american consul on her 25s. I think its a plus point that I was with my fiance because we were just asked a few questions like.
1. is that you're fiance?
2. when did the two of you meet?
3. when did you start dating?
4. my fiance was asked about his work in the US
5. lastly, she asked us, when are we planning to get married? we both answered "as soon as possible!"
that's it, the consul congratulated us and told that my visa is approved. I was like "that's it?". lol.

Lyn had her interview finally on May 12. We had our original date in April, but we had to postpone twice because it took longer than we expected to get the Police Clearance from Thailand.
She arrived at about 6 in the morning, and was done I think around 10:30. No problems, they asked for Cenomar, Birth Certificate, my affidavit of support. Two interviews, first with a Filipina lady, and then with a man from the US Embassy. Both pretty short, simple questions about how we met, what I do for a living, when the last time we were together.
Our paperwork was very well organized. She said the Filipina woman who interviewed her at first was a little strict, but that the man in the final interview was very sweet, and laughed a lot, and made her feel at ease. Not sure if they are all like that, but maybe we got lucky.
The passport arrived back to her about 10 days later with the Visa in it.
