My fiance appointment was at 7:30 AM. His experience on the interview process was exactly as it was discribed from all the other members here on VisaJourney. Although, he stated that he was interviewed by 4 people.

The questions that they had asked him are as follow:

1. Who is you petitioner?
2. Birthday of petitioner?
3. How did you meet?
4. Where does your petitioner work?
5. What is your petitioners position at work?
6. Where does your petitioner live?
7. When was the last time you've seen eachother?, etc...

At this point he was confident but still nervous as we discussed the common questions that they would ask before his interview. When he went to his last interview they asked additional questions regarding my family members (mainly my mother and father.)

Here are the questions that they asked:
1. What is your petitioners mother and father's full name?
2. Does your... read complete review

We had such a problem with St. Lukes. Our oldest son did not pass the medical. St. Lukes kept re-scheduling the appointment for x-rays for 4 months. Note: the treatment for TB is 6 months.

I don't have a ton of things to say as far as in-depth details, but I will say that if you follow all of the advice on this website, then things will go very well.

We followed everything in great detail for the original I-129 and got approved extremely quickly. We followed all of the advice about getting the NVC number and going ahead with getting all the documents together, along with setting up the medical exam and interview and it worked just as was explained to us.

Some of the keys to the medical and interview were to obviously make sure you have everything prepared ahead of time, but also, when she went to both, she showed up very early. She was in line at 2 am for the medical exam, and as a result, she flew through it in less than a day. It often takes people two days to get it done. And she showed up at 4 am for her 6:30 am interview, and even though she was still pretty far back in the line at even that hour, she still got done in about 3 h... read complete review
