2nd Step- 1st Filipino Consulate
She just Asked for my new NBI and my husband's Recent 2013 ITR. and if i have conversation logs, photos. she didn't even looked at those she just wanted to know
if we have them. and she just asked the ff. questions.

she asked my husband some questions.
3rd Step- 2nd Consulate American
He just asked 2 questions for me. and he said i have no more questions to ask.

My husband had his interview at USEM May 5,2014, He arrived there at 4am and there were long lines already.
1st: He had Biometrics asked for his name, birthday, age
2nd Filipino Consul: They asked him, Who is the Petitioner, When did you get married, Where is your wife? Do you have a Cenomar which he does the Flipino consul filed all the documents for my next interview..
3rd American Consul: My husband was asked to raise his right hand and take a pledge... After he begin to ask him question again... He asked...

When was your wife first and last visit?
When did you meet each other? He said we met when we were in highschool by he was surprised and replied "your highschool sweethearts"

My experience at the US Embassy was very tiring but all in all it was all worth it.
My interview was at 7:30 am and I was done by 4:00 pm with an approved fiancee visa.
The waiting time was significantly long just because there were a lot of applicants. Once you are already in line at the embassy gate, the officer will give you a queue number. That will serve as your number all throughout the interview process.
There are four steps (and windows) that you need to go through:
First Step - Finger scanning. You will be asked to put your four fingers on your right hand on the scanner, followed by your four fingers on your left. The consul will ask for your name and your birthday. After that process, you may return to your seat and wait for your number to flash on the monitor. This was very quick and had no problem with it. Just follow the instructions of the consul and you will be fine.
