The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. First part was biometrics which is basically a 5-10 minutes review of documents. The second part was the consul interview where I was asked to take an oath. Several questions like when did you meet, how often do you communicate, how many times he visited the country were asked. The consul also asked for pictures of the wedding and vacations together. Right then and there, my visa application was approved. The last window will direct if there are additional documents needed, although thankfully there weren't any for me.

For all of you with upcoming interviews, just make sure you have updated documents, and relax.

Good luck!

Thursday morning she woke up early and took the 3 – 4 hour trip up from her home town of Malita up to Davao. They flew into Manila Thursday evening and were in line at St. Luke’s the next morning at 5:00 am. The medical went well and she told them her appointment was next Tuesday on the 13th. They told her to return for a final vac... read complete review
