Arrived 5:00, let into Consulate 7:00. Others have indicated the steps in their review, and her's was similar. Only two questions for my fiancée: where and when did you meet, and when did he last visit? Very easy. Done by 12:00. We've been together since 2005. Lots of plane tickets, 11 visits since 2005, two children, lots of history showing relationship and financials. Have sons' appointments July 1 and 3 (passport renewal, CRBA and passport for our youngest. Hoping to get visa soon and kids' documents. Visiting Philippines June 27 through July 31, and hope to bring the family back July 31. Great experience, she said.

My embassy/consulate experience was good, they sent me an email that i should bring a cenomar a week before my interview which is helpful for if i dont have it i might have 221g and will delay my visa.. The interview was fast and the consuls are nice from first interview to the american consul. I was told that i am the only one she interviewed which will be living in Montana. She took time on browsing on our album and asked simple questions like when did we meet, when was the last time we have seen each other and how long he stayed here in my country, when is our wedding, what is my work before and the like. the worst part is waiting for the number to called for it is randomly announced but it was great and worthy at the end.

Well my fiancée had a 730am appt. on June 10,2014 and she wanted me to wake her up at 2am so I did. I made sure she had a big breakfast and to double check everything and take everything she had for the interview and make sure she didn't leave anything behind. First thing I had her check is her appointment letter, passport , ds-160 fee receipt. You need these things before they even let you in the door. I told her I would call her a little later so I give her time to eat and get ready. So I called her around 4am and she was about to leave soon so I again told her I would call her a little later. I called her again to make sure she was in line around 6am cause I knew her friend was with her and she would take her cell phone when its time for her to start, well I didn't get thru so I guess she was getting inside already. So it was a waiting time for me and trying to keep myself busy at home so I don't stare at the clock all afternoon and night.
