I had my interview on June 26, 2015. We arrived at the embassy around 5:30AM for our 7;30AM appointment. I was #7 in the K1 line.
Around 7AM they checked the documents and gave us our number I am with my fiance that time. Once inside the embassy they are calling numbers by batch.
Step 1: Fingerprint asked about your name, age and fiance's name and address.
Step 2: Pre-Screener with Filipino consul submitted all the documents BC, NBI, CENOMAR, Medical, Affidavit of Support with 1040 and 1099. He asked about the divorce decree of my fiance and he checked the packet it was there. Told us that the affidavit of support was very good. I asked him if the visa releasing is 2 to 3 weeks he said they already resolve the problem and they can print visa's fast now.

Everything was pretty organized for the number of people there, guess I would call it organized chaos. We arrived around 530 AM and finished around 1130. We could have arrived earlier and gotten done faster, however I was happy with waiting longer inside with the air con then outside before entering.
We spent almost the whole time waiting in one line or another, once we got to each window things went very fast. My fiancee was really nervous, and he told her to take a deep breath and relax. After that he actually was laughing a lot with us as he asked a few questions of me and my fiancee, as well as her son. In fact, in a funny moment, my fiancee's son dropped a few peso coins on the counter he had in his hand and the CO joked "are you trying to bribe me?" The CO even asked if we could stay the rest of the day as he ... read complete review

Very systematic and organized. The American interviewer was so nice. Other than the necessary documents, he only asked to see our pictures together and was smiling the whole time. All in all, it was a very great experience.

My sister went there around 5am. She said everyone is really nice and the consul did not asked her that much questions. The consul was surprised that her case has been opened since 2000 and we just started processing it again as an IR2. Anyways, everything went smoothly, just be honest and relax.
