my fiancées interview was at 6:45am, she got there at 5:30am someone had chair for rent for 30 Pesos each while everyone was waiting for the embassy to open. just remind everyone bring absolutely no electronics she had brought all the evidence of communication with her cards and print outs of our skype conversations one of the cards I sent her played music when you open it she was told to throw it away or she would be barred from entering the embassy till she did. the whole experience was good aside from that, the consul didn't really ask her that many questions just , how did you meet, when did you meet, what were my hobbies, what do I do for work, and old am I. at the end K1 visa was approved and I was able to book her flight later that night(I knew she would receive the visa back in approx. a week so I booked it 3 weeks from approval. she was back at the hotel by 9am. Also for anyone else who will be interviewing there especially an early morning interview I would recommend The Bay... read complete review

Read the signs! Lol I was instructed to seat on A but IV greeters ask me to go out first.. They lined us up outside but the queue was for seat B. I relied on them & did not listen to my instinct that I was on the wrong queue lol.. Had to go line up again from the start on where should I belong
Overall, the interview went smooth.. Only basic questions and not a single document was asked from me by the American Consul. Finished at 11am with a huge smile on my face. Walked out the embassy and immediately felt hungry and oh, my feet hurts

Very short interview... She said she was only asked 3 questions.... My name.. If I was married... And what I did for work. They had lost my copy of my divorce... She handed them the copy I had sent he... They said approved.... It was over.... Send your fiancee a copy of everything... They do lose stuff!!
