USEM Interview Timelineâ¤
(September 20,2016)
My interview schedule is 9AM but
I started to fall in line at 6AM in the morning.
Reminder:
Please EAT something before you leave for your interview appointment. Earlier,there were two women who fainted while was on the line.
Maybe because of too much thinking and not being able to eat.So,it is very needed for you to eat first before you start your day.
Due to the numbers of the Applicants today,
instead of 9Am appointment,I was able to get inside of the premises 10 AM and still on the line.
10:30 -- Was able to get inside of the USEM.
11:02 -- Data Entry with Filipina Consul
* She just asked for my passport & Ds160
* At window 41
11:06 -- Pre Screening w/ Filipina Consul
* She interviewed me a little,just the basic
ones which is about you and your Fiance.
* It was on Window 44, she is very nice.

So everything went fine with the interview. She breezed through everything, however, NSO in ZC issued her Cenomar with her middle initial instead of her full middle name. 221G until they get the new form, hopefully made out properly. Of course when every other piece of documentation that also contains supporting information such as her parents name, date of birth, etc which they can use to verify her identity, this seems like just being an anal retentive a***ole. Thankfully, I am in a position that in the future, I will be able to provide State with the same treatment as they have subjected her to. I am looking forward to that day.

The whole process for those being interviewed is actually very organized but a word of caution to those who come unprepared; you will likely be DENIED or at least return with correct documentation. We spent approximately 10 minutes for the first interview and about 6 minutes for the second. I would consider this to be a very organized system in Manila. There were literally thousands of people waiting in line but its difficult to know how many were actually K1 VISA's like ours. When I made the appointment online there were typically 19 interviews for this type of VISA per available day. Good Luck to anyone who attends this process and read all your documents instructions carefully... Cheers....
