My Fiance arrived at 0700 for her 0900 appointment, She fell into the usual lines going to windows 1-4, they asked the dates of my previous divorces, which she nailed. Window four is the CO who was a female American, she asked her one question. "Tell me why you love Tracy?" After Jean is going on for awhile, she laughs and says okay okay enough already, you are approved. I told Jean our file was well organized and easy to read and chronological over three years and I believe the decision is made well before you walk upto the window. Our file was last reviewed Sept 23rd, Interview 27th ( I believe that they place a stamp or sticker at that point after the case has been reviewed at the embassy level with approved or denied.) Again that is just my educated guess, this after going through three previous B2 denials, You either confirm the positive or the negative to the CO by your answers, but I think the decison is made well before you stand in front of them.

Our packet was 100% complete and we supplied so much evidence of our relationship that there was very little to question about it. In fact, the Consulate was more interested in the places we've been in the Philippines because he was also interested in visiting those places. The only relationship question he had for my fiancé was: "Where did you meet?" Bear in mind that I was present for my fiancé's interview.

USEM Interview Timeline❤
(September 20,2016)
My interview schedule is 9AM but
I started to fall in line at 6AM in the morning.

Reminder:
Please EAT something before you leave for your interview appointment. Earlier,there were two women who fainted while was on the line.
Maybe because of too much thinking and not being able to eat.So,it is very needed for you to eat first before you start your day.

Due to the numbers of the Applicants today,
instead of 9Am appointment,I was able to get inside of the premises 10 AM and still on the line.

10:30 -- Was able to get inside of the USEM.
11:02 -- Data Entry with Filipina Consul
* She just asked for my passport & Ds160
* At window 41
11:06 -- Pre Screening w/ Filipina Consul
* She interviewed me a little,just the basic
ones which is about you and your Fiance.
* It was on Window 44, she is very nice.
