It was fast. I was in and out after 30 minutes (but of course, this is during the pandemic). Interviewer was straightforward, and luckily I have all the requirements he needed.

Who’s your petitioner?
His full name?
Why are you late registered? (i also gave my baptismal cert)
Confirmed my complete name & my child's name
He then asked for the complete names of my parents
He also asked me if I am nurse, when did I resigned, and what company
When is your birthday?
Place of birth?
Are you both previously married?
Do you have a child?
How old?
Is he the father of your child?
He returned our 2x2 photos and my baptismal certificate

Wife' had an expedited appointment. She stayed at the Bayview hotel the night before as its directly across from the US Embassy. The embassy was running behind the day of the interview, said really short staffed. She spent two hours in the embassy.
She went to the pre-screen where they asked for all her originals and they could see on a monitor what items you sent over from NVC. So I would not recommend including anything extra when doing the NVC step as they only looking for the Filipino civil docs. They did not look at any of her evidence. The American consulate asked all the basic questions:
who is your petitioner?
what is your name?
where did you meet?
how did it go?
what did you like about him?
what is he’s job?
looks like he keeps changing jobs?
did you travel outside country?
how many times did you met him?
