Around 7AM they checked the documents and gave us our number I am with my fiance that time. Once inside the embassy they are calling numbers by batch.

Step 1: Fingerprint asked about your name, age and fiance's name and address.
Step 2: Pre-Screener with Filipino consul submitted all the documents BC, NBI, CENOMAR, Medical, Affidavit of Support with 1040 and 1099. He asked about the divorce decree of my fiance and he checked the packet it was there. Told us that the affidavit of support was very good. "Hi there... Im from the philippines. I had my interview last may28, 2015 at us embassy. The consul said that i am overqualified as well as my documents are concern. Unfortunately, the consul said there were retrogression for this june and i was in a shock that i think my case will affect the situation. My passport as well as my daughter's passport are still in US embassy. My question is.. Is there a chance that us embassy will issue our visa this june? Thanks for your big help

Review Topic: F-2A Visa

The nvc sent me a letter and I have an interview on June 8. They said My AOS is incomplete, specifically the I 864A of the household members. Because the tax part doesn't match the ITR. Because the household members are my husband's parents, and they are filing jointly, My husband included them both in the I 864 . What should be their tax per year the gross? Should they have the same numerical when writing their tax since they're filing jointly? They both filed I 864A, so their tax annually should be written same gross income?
