I spoke to my most beautiful and lovely fiancée as soon as I woke up.
I arrived the embassy at 5:42 am for my interview that was scheduled for 7am.
After the 1st security check around 6:30am, we got divided into immigrants and non immigrants. We were asked to open the envelope containing the medical exam.
Further security checks were done and we made our way to the interview hall.
I was given #11. Not sure, but I think there were about 40 or so immigrant applicants.
1st, I was called to submit DS 160 form confirmation page, appt letter, police certs, medical exam, international passport ,and 2 passport photographs.
After that, we're all called again for thumb prints. I did mine around 7:30 am.
Then the waiting game started. The numbers given weren't called accordingly. Two officers were interviewing- male and female. Both seemed nice.
The lady CO officer called my # around 11... read complete review

we have been on administrative processing for 5months after our cr1 was approved in December 12 2017 and passport was returned to me next day, they sent me email to verify my divorce decree in high court which i did and submit, then in February they requested for billofladding stated that I told them during my non immigrant visa applications that was refused many times that I deal on cars and I sent the whole billofladings both non negotiable and telex about 54 pcs.....on march we start to inquire since it has been over 60 days and we received this email which we don't really understand.......
The immigrant visa application of ME is still undergoing administrative processing, in order to verify his qualifications for this visa. We are still awaiting the response from Washington. There is no update at this time. Please be assured that we will notify him by email or phone as soon as the processing is complete.

Fiance was only asked 4 simple questions:
1) How did he know me?
2) How did we know who introduced us?
3) What do I do?
4) How long have I been working at my current job?
Pray, Pray, Pray. God moves mountains and always answers those who believe and trust in him.
Organize yourselves and your documents and it is well.

I was approved today at Lagos Nigeria Embassy. It can only be God. We submitted just one pics and a stamped passport as evidence of meeting in person. Today at the interview, the consulate didn't ask for any other evidence or picture. It was just the easiest interview ever. How did we meet, what was he wearing when we met, what does he do, why was I denied a visiting visa in 2016 and what do I do. No request for pictures or chats. So for those of you that didn't frontload, do not panic, just pray and have faith. They only requested for 2017 tax return for affidavit of support. Good luck all.

My interview was yesterday 28th of March at 7am. Arrived at the embassy at about 5.30am (better early than stuck in Lagos traffic). Went through the regular checks and was moved into the interview center. We were given numbers and when you number gets called you submit your passport, medical report, police certificate, affidavit of support, tax returns (photocopy), birth certificate (photocopy). After about 30 mins I was called for finger printing.
I was interviewed at about 11.15am and was asked a few questions. The actual interview did not last more than 2-3mins. Questions asked were;
Where did you meet your Fiance?
When did you actually start dating?
Was there a proposal?
Did he get down on his knees or was there a formal dinner?
Where does he work?
What state does he live in?
What are your plans for when you arrive the US? (At this point I thought he was asking about the wedding plans and I started responding... read complete review
