Our interview was at 7am. We arrived on time and got in line. They took us out of the line and we waited until 7:30 because Junior didn't bring photo ID (his passport was already inside the embassy). Once they identified him we were inside the embassy by 8am. We sat down and they called his name after 15 minutes or so. The lady smiled and said ok I was just checking that you guys were inside and asked us to sit back down. I told Junior she seemed nice and he said yeah she just checking if we are here so she can go find that mean man from last time. And that's exactly what she did. He called us back up to the window and swore us in. He explained that we were there due to some inconsistencies between our file and the answers Junior gave at the 1st interview. He was empathetic and explained that petitioner interviews are not common and he understood this was burdensome to me. He then asked Junior to have a seat and proceeded to ask me the same questions he asked Junior during his 1st int... read complete review

Our Packet was put together so well and outlined our relationship for the last five years in detail that he did not even ask us question just verified our name and age and whether we had children.

My fiance had a 9:30 am appt for K1 visa interview. He checked in and was asked for the following documents which he provided: 1-134 2017 tax return with w2s Certificate of non impediment, Police record, Birth certificate, Passport. Once he was sworn in the CO asked plenty of questions including but not all:
When did you meet?
How did you meet?
What was the mutual friends name that you met through?
Have you ever been arrested?
Have you ever been to court?
Have you ever had a record expunged?
What are your wedding plans?
When did you propose?
Who will go to the wedding?
What color is you room?
How big is your house?
Where do you live?
How much money does your fiance make?
How many children does she have?
Do they all live with her?
Do you know she is divorced?
What is her ex husband's name?
Why hasn't she come back to visit?
Which one of her children was ... read complete review

My daughter and I had our EB-3 visa (Employment Immigrant Visa) interview today at the US embassy in Kingston. My appointment time was 8:00am so I arrived just past 7:00am and waited in the car until 7:25. Luckily I went across the road, where the crowd waits to hear there appointment times called, just to here the police officer calling persons for 8:00. I went across the road and joined the line.
Bear in mind that this is a lengthy review..so bear with me. ☺ï¸
We went through the security section where they tell you the items that are not allowed, including electronic items, pens/pencils, food/drink/water, umbrellas etc. However, they have a tuck shop inside so you can purchase something to eat or drink if needed.
Then we went through first screening at an outdoor desk inside the embassy grounds. That was a quick process as they basically just check to see if you’ve registered for courier services and that you actually ... read complete review
