I arrived an hour early and the nice security lady told me to come back at 12.20. I waited behind the embassy complex and had interesting conversation with some embassy workers. I made line to the entrance at 12.10 and met some of the visa applicants too. The line wasn't long only about 15 and some are family group. We were given small tray to put our electronic devices and the security checked the email of the interview date and our passport. Then we allowed to get inside where they did security check and we were given the card to take our electronic devices back. We arrived in the consular section, just follow the directions and you will be fine .
We had to wait for a couple of minutes until the windows were opened. There were 6 windows. Window 1 is actually where the interview take place.
We waited until the window 5 open and then the lady started to call us based on our list. Make sure you have everything ready and bring all that listed o... read complete review

We arrived at the embassy for our 12:30 interview about an hour early, and we were told to wait until 12:20 to come back. We don't recommend arriving too early, as there is little to do and few places to sit around the embassy. At around 12:15, we lined up behind about 10 people and waited 20 or so minutes for the guards to let us inside. I had printed out an email requesting permission to attend the interview alongside Brian, which I showed to the embassy guard along with my passport. Once inside, the security staff helped us to feel a bit less nervous with their smiles and friendly demeanor.
We waited in the air-conditioned waiting room for about three hours to be interviewed. We were very nervous, but the room was a lot more comfortable than we had expected. There was water available from a dispenser, and the bathroom was just outside. During our wait, Brian stood at window 5, where a woman took all of the documents we had prepared besides proof of relationship and a ... read complete review

I had to come to embassy 3 times to get my visa in hand. They asked me to come back because they wanted me to bring my marriage certificate translation. And then after I brought my marriage certificate translation, they asked me to come back to embassy the next day since they didn't have my visa printed. And finally I got my visa on the next day.
The good thing is I didn't have to wait my visa delivery cuz it would take longer. They gave the visa directly cuz I told them I already bought my flight ticket and the flight was around a week after my first interview.

There was, at the most, 10 appointments during our scheduled time for our interview including ours. I had attended and had been interviewed with the petitioner and was told that paperwork was old and updated paperwork would have to be submitted. Our application was denied.

Hi all,
This is long over due but I would like to submit my review about my interview at the Indonesian Embassy on the 28th of April 2015
I arrived at 11.30 and my interview was set for 12.30 PM, they made me wait by the gate for the timing and my dad who was with me was asked to wait outside for me. There is no waiting space for people that are not allowed into the embassy. And you have to apply to bring someone else in. You can't just walk in... just an FYI
Around 12.15 they began giving us this basket to put our phones and other electronics in and we made our way into the embassy entrance, where we passed through security similar to what you'd get an the airport and then i got a number for my electronics and made my way into the consulate.
It was a slight adventure getting in the place, and if you want to use the toilet or anything do it before you enter the final room.
I went in and waited. I thou... read complete review
