I was so nervous at the interview but they allowed my fiancé (now my husband) accompanied me after my turn. My husband held my hand and his present calm me down. Everything went well and I'm so proud with our relationship because we really truly love each other. The consular was nice too and I think she knows that we were so happy. Thank you US Embassy â¤ï¸

My fiancee interviewed, and it went well. We were approved. They asked her about how we met, what I do for work, what she does for work, where we'll be living, and if she thinks we're truly ready to be married and not too young (I'm 23, she's 22). By the end of the interview, they were laughing and joking and talking about where we went to college. Then when the CO was done typing some things, he said "Welcome back to the US!"

My fiance and I both went to the interview. He interviewed alone with a very unprofessional interviewer. We did not get the visa that day but instead were told to get this and then that and jump through hoops but finally after being persistent the visa was granted but surprisingly my fiance has only 2 months to enter the US instead of the 6 months we were thinking it would be. Just another hurdle but we will get there.

Interview was a breeze. Just make sure you're prepared with all the required documents. Pay attention to the photo size too. The photo requirement for the I-129F is different from the one asked by the embassy. I learned that the hard way lol. I was asked the following questions:
- How and when we met.
- How many times we saw each other in person.
- Our pics together (the CO just took a glance at it though).
- Fiance's work history.
- My work and education background.
All in all, it was a pretty nice experience. They're really quick at everything. My interview took less than 10 minutes.
