My fiance went to the US Embassy/Consulate in Accra, Ghana on Jan. 19, 2017 & was approved for his K-1 visa!
He brought with him:
his police report, medical exam, passport, approved I-129F, DS-160 confirmation page, affidavit of support & an envelope of "proof" of our relationship including our whatsapp chats, texts, & skype call history from 2014-2017, pictures of us together...
He went at 7am & was out the door at 11am.
The interview lasted about 15 min.
The CO was very nice but also strict. Serious & down to business.
He ask questions like
Where did we meet
How long have we known each other
Where I work
What we talk about
What was the last fight we had about
What was the last funny moment we had together

I wanted to support my fiancé but we knew that I wouldn't be let in so I dropped off my fiancé at around 7:15am at the embassy to join the long que. I gave him my passport to show to the CO. He didn't get out till about 2:15pm. He was interviewed by a bald African American man. It was very confusing for my fiancé because the CO originally stated that we were submitting duplicate evidence and called my fiancé to the window a total of 4 times, each time giving him back his evidence and shaking his head. At one point my fiancé stated that he felt a bit embarrassed because the CO was accusing him of wasting his time and providing duplicate evidence. My fiancé responded with an apology and that we both worked on the file together so if there were any duplicates it was in error. The CO just kept shaking his head as if he wasn't going to grant us the visa. At the fourth call up to the window he started to ask questions and start the interview:

My interview was scheduled for 8:30 am today. I entered the embassy at 8:20am and was called around 11:40am to submit my original marriage certificate, police certificate, birth certificate and two passport photos. The lady at the desk told me I had already submitted so many documents to the uscis and the nvc so she would only take the original copies and those that had been updated. ( I really front loaded and side loaded). I gave her the updated i864. I was called back for the interview at about 12:50pm.
CO: Hi how are you doing today?
Me: I'm doing great. You?
CO: Sorry for keeping you waiting. I know it's been a long wait.
Me: That's ok
CO: I interviewed you a year ago at the other side. ( it was for a visitors visa). Let me assure you the result will not affect today's interview in any way. But if you feel uncomfortable with me interviewing you, I'll get one of my colleagues to conduct the interview.
Me: I... read complete review

Sorry for the late review.
Once again my husband has been denied under 221(g)
So my husband went for the interview on Nov 15, 2016 @ 8:30 am.
He got there his paperwork taken and I supposed, screened.
He said in less than 30 mins, he was called to the counter for his interview to begin.
The CO is a bald-head middle-aged black man. My husband said this man has an unfriendly look.
My husband was told to raise his hand to take the oath . Then Co remarked that "this is not your first time here, so you know the grill" (I think he meant drill).
Questions:
Where have you traveled to before?
Why was your k-1 denied?
Why are you applying for spousal visa now?
Where did you meet?
How we met?
Our first meeting? How I proposed? Engagement date? Knocking Date?
How did you get to know each other
Then CO asked him start over how we got engaged?
Engagement date? ... read complete review
