I met my ex wife on 2007, I travel to puerto rico on 2008 and we got marry, then I returned to the Dom Republic since I was working there, but since I have A tourist visa I keep traveling to PR for 6 times, on 2010 we decided to apply for the green card via embassy, she went there with her parents and then return for the interview, they were very rude and at the end of the interview they gave me a green slip and send me to pay the shipment of my visa but they told me that they need more time to review my case, I was ok with that, on april 2011 they call me for a second interview, I had several evidence, western union and other companies since 2008, photos, emails, letters, gifts, hotels, telephone bill, they dont look at anything and return my case to USCIS, but they never cancel my tourist visa, in january 2012 we start our divorce before she receive the NOIR, and we did not respond, the NOIR said that the interview was nos not good and the evidence that i took in the second interview... read complete review

This is a quick review of how our interview went, straight to the point:
Our interview was for 8:45 on am and we got there at 7:15 am we immediately went up to the main officers right by the entrance and showed them our letter for the cita, they gave us a number and we got on line two I think, we waited for about 10 minutes (at the most) and then we were allowed to go in and through security. I must mention that we brought our 5 month old daughter along and I think that helped us not to wait so long at the lines.
Once inside we went to sit over at the area for immigrant visas (the area that in front of the cafeteria, DOMEX, and by the restrooms) all of that area was for immigrant processing. We got called the first time right after waiting for about 30 minutes the clerk at the window we went to asked for a few different things from what it had on the list on the interview appointment letter. Police report for my husband, marriage certificate of our marriage and a divorce... read complete review

We just back from the consulate here in Santo Domino. I'll start by saying that we got approved!. Here's our experience today. We stayed at the Barcelo Santo Domingo. It's about a ten minute walk to the consulate. We got there about 5:00 in the morning, and there was only a few people in the line. We got into line IV (4) and received number 3. At about 6:20, they let us in and directed us to sit in front of the Domex counter. At about 7:15 they called us up to window 17 and lady asked for our forms and told me to pay at the other window. Once she got the forms and after I paid the $80, she told us to have a seat. About 15min later, they called us again. This time it was for her fingerprints. She finished those and we sat down again. Finally, about 30 min later, they called us for the interview at window 25. The man swore us in and started asking some questions.
To her, he asked who I live with, if I was married before, how many kids I have, and their names, if I wa... read complete review

We walked to the bassy around 5am got on line and we were like 12th on the line since we had an open cita because of my expedite they gave us lucky number 276 mind u my birthdate was yesterday and i was born in 1976 so it was a cool situation. We went in and sat on the benches took like 2 hours for is to get call because of the open cita they had to look for our file than we got called to window 17 to give the docs the police cert passport and the medical wich my eife had to pick up a few days before because we had an open cita lol.after that we sat down again and like 15 min later we got called to window 15 so my wife could get finger printed back to the benches we go about 20 min after we got called to window 21 we got sworn in and she aske my w... read complete review

OK here it goes....
First I want to start off by giving you a little background info about me and my case. I am sure many of you think or thought I had it easy never married, met my fiancé petition approved and visa issued. This is so not the case. I was married back in 2009 to a Colombian citizen who was living "illegally" in the U.S. The same year we were married I petitioned for him 6 months later with the I130 and went through the whole process. Needless to say he was approved and received his 2 year green card. On our third year of marriage 2012 I also petitioned to have his conditions removed and sent the application off with all the required documents and evidence. About 2 months after all hell broke lose in our relationship and in October of 2011 I kicked him out. I won't go into details as to what happen but let’s just say I was left alone with a baby on the way. I called USCIS about a trillion times and since the bastard took everything I didn't have h... read complete review
