I met my ex wife on 2007, I travel to puerto rico on 2008 and we got marry, then I returned to the Dom Republic since I was working there, but since I have A tourist visa I keep traveling to PR for 6 times, on 2010 we decided to apply for the green card via embassy, she went there with her parents and then return for the interview, they were very rude and at the end of the interview they gave me a green slip and send me to pay the shipment of my visa but they told me that they need more time to review my case, I was ok with that, on april 2011 they call me for a second interview, I had several evidence, western union and other companies since 2008, photos, emails, letters, gifts, hotels, telephone bill, they dont look at anything and return my case to USCIS, but they never cancel my tourist visa, in january 2012 we start our divorce before she receive the NOIR, and we did not respond, the NOIR said that the interview was nos not good and the evidence that i took in the second interview were unconvincing but they dont even look at then, and that they went to my neighboorhood and people sais i had a girlfriend and other said im single, so we do not respond since we were getting divorce but I kept traveling to the country for at leat 7 times , on may 2013 I start a new relation while I m in vacation here and we decided to move together she is 5 months pregnant and we might get marry on december and apply for the green card on march after our son is born, I still have a good contac with my ex and her family, and I want to know if I will have problkems with a new petition since after that I ketpt traveling and at the port of entry they ask me what happen with last petition and I always said we got divorce and they said ok and let me in to the country. and I have all the evidence from first marriage
