Quick and easy. 6 questions:
1. How did you two first meet?
2. When did you last meet?
3. What does the fiance do for a living?
4. Have you met each other's parents?
5. CCP Cardholder?
6. Ever been to U.S.?
Took about 5 minutes and approved, and the interviewing lady was very nice and relaxing.

My husband was surprised at the number of people waiting in line, but with an 8:45 appt he was finished by around 2. I didn't get a lot of details, but I'm happy with the overall DCF experience, and posting this good review, since I see so many people upset about their significantly longer waiting times in the US.
I didn't get a list of questions asked, but they did talk a little about the financial situation of sponsorship and his future career.
The officer approved his visa and told him it might take 2 weeks (one to process the visa and one to mail to CITIC) to return the passport.
Thanks to all who helped and gave advice!
