I requested my tax transcripts last Monday and received them in the mail on Saturday. I requested 3 years just in case they asked for them. But according to what I read I should only need the most recent one. Call the number and request them to be sent to save yourself some hassles later on interview day!!!

i already ordered, I also scanned my wife a copy of my 1040 tax return, I scanned a copy of my return from the ITN application. What I don't understand is the Embassy hasd this information already with my AOS packet.. I sent like 4 years of transcripts..

Get a transcript from the IRS. It can be faxed in a few hours. Or comes in the regular mail in a couple of weeks. Use the number in my signature below.

Hmm I sent NVC AOS and all the paper work

I had to send IRS the other for ITN number

All I have left is w-2's

Did you provide copies of your tax returns or transcripts? The I-864 needs to have some supporting documents whether it is just from the petitioner or there is a co-sponsor involved. In this case I would suspect they are using the words petitioner and sponsor interchangebly.

Then it says this

It just said Sponsor so I think we ok since we didn't have one

At interview they want a copy of the sponsors latest tax return

Since I the petitioner did the I-864 my wife doesn't need a copy of my tax returns.. I did the AOS no sponsor was required

Or does she still need copy because of me??

and the last but not the least, form DS230 for me, no. 32 in what occupation do you intend to work in United States..??

can i leave it blank?? since i'm not sure yet what kind of job am i going to do there, i just want to be with my husband for honest i studied french at the university but i always work in media field since i graduated lol

just put in what you did in your home country.. my wife was bookeeper so I wrote that. It;s not like they hold you to it..

I clicked yes and added my name since I was the petitioner and I filled out everything. I just had my wife sign the documents..

on line 30 since he not 16 I think you can put n/a

I haven't received email yet but was also wondering about the medical.. I guess they will

Yeah I would love to live there too... Im hoping that we can retire there! Work and make money here.. then retire comfy there ;-)

Nothing yet I am hoping I hear something this week.. I wrote the consulate in Tbilisi and ask if they could speed things up haha. they waiting on NVC

I was told that our consulate may ask what color boxers I wear or what side of the bed I sleep on.... This seems a little personal

Not always true because it still say in the AVR about the package that was supposed have been sent. I called today because I got my SIF and called them that its in final review. So I hope that email comes super soon like now!!!
