      I haven't talked to the Embassy not one time because it costs money. I'm talking to the DOS who can tell me everything that's going on at the Embassy, they told me when my case was LOGGED by UK consulate, they can tell me when packet 3 has been sent, they can tell me all that stuff. the only thing they cant do is take payment for scheduling the interview. I know our packet 3 arrived because we sent it registered mail and they signed for it. that doesn't mean it has been logged...

      i'll know it was logged by calling the DOS in a couple weeks to see if they've logged our packet 3. Once they've done that, I know our interview will be coming

      and yes we sent our packet 3 once we knew our case was logged. you dont have to wait for them to send you a packet 3. you just have to wait until they log your case into their system
