I don't exactly remember but it is more than a week but not more than 2 weeks when we received the visa. 
 
I remember the status in AP at first and then changed to Visa Issued after a few days.

Yes. My sister was with my mom all the time even on her interview in the embassy.

My mom interview was Thursday, Aug 9.  The status was changed to issued on August 15. 4 days not counting the weekend.

I waited 4 weeks then I called 3 times before I got my NVC case number. 

Basically, 5 to 6 weeks since NVC received the papers from USCIS.

I paid the IV Fee on March 29. I did not call or send an inquiry.

I have been looking for July 2017 Filers of I-130 for Parents of the U.S citizens but I cannot find one. 
 
I sent the application July 14 and I got a notification from USPS that it was received yesterday. 
 
These are the documents I included with my mom's Form I-130
 
Naturalization Certificate
My birth Certificate
Parent's Marriage Contract
Check 535 USD

They told me the website does that but nothing to worry. 
 
Just wait for few days and it will all be in paid status. 
 
I noticed that they tend to send duplicate emails as well. 
 

I'll say wait. After you done with all the steps. It would be faster and less hassle.  

Hi guys, I received the IV fee invoice and I just paid it today. My AOS payment status is now PAID. 
 

When I called they say wait for a week but it only take 3 days. Yes they will review your DS261 over the phone, its good that you call. They told me they will send me the IV fee (325 USD) invoice. I called Tuesday. 

At least 3 days.  I paid the AOS on Monday. I got the invoice for IV Fee last night and I just paid it this morning.
