Yes she's no more there nyala62.  My husband went there to notarized for me concerning a  loan I took from my 401,and they need his concern and he said it was a young black guy who does the interview now with another black older woman.  I think that notary also help with our reaffirm, because I submitted a copy of that with other evidence. And when u read the consular section on vj too u can see all the ppl were saying the interviewer was a black guy.  Only few ppl get denials, but majority got their visa's approved. So let's hope for the best, I know God has already done it for us.

This is great....I think she was removed from there because of her too much of denials and USCIS keep reaffirming her denials.

Nyala62 ours too is two years five months this month. May God have mercy on that evil co.  Thank God they have removed her from the embassy,  and a lot of ppl getting approval now than before,  wish she knows the kind of torture she's been placing on ppls marriages and happiness.  But by God's grace we shall all overcome this journey and it'll be part of our history. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.

trustG you mean  that EVIL CO is no more there? you kidding me...Oh My God...The CO with KM initials right?, That is why we don't hear any dnials that much these days. She was very mean to my wife at the interview in 2015. I was there in the Embassy and saw it myself. How did you get this BREAKING NEWS?

Hmmm I don't know why our ceac page expiring soon. These ppl really got some nerves to make ppl nervous. Anyone have an idea pls. Thanks

That crazy " Expiring Soon" thing nearly break our heart when we first saw it one morning, but after a lot of inquiries we learnt that it is a normal thing we shouldn't worry about it. And I even emailed the embassy at that time and they replied and said I shouldn't worry about that message, and it will change when the embassy receive the case back from NVC. And it did change after they got our case. So relax OK? ....I know it's scary to see that update.

Thanks bro for the information,  sorry for bothering u ooo,  yesterday I asked what was in the interview package but u didn't answer me,  also I'm happy that ur children are here with u,  hope they are good. Thanks again.

No problem, that is why we are all here in this forum, to help and support each other to the end. The interview package includes the scheduled day and time of your interview and all the documents the need you to bring such as new medicals and police report.

Hi nyala62 pls did u get any letter from nvc when they received the reaffirm petition pls thanks

trustG, Yes I received a reaffirmation letter from NVC 2-3 weeks after the USCIS reaffirmed the case, So wait NVC will notify you then their review also will start, anyway every case is different, mine took about 4 months at NVC before Embassy contacted my wife....About DNA I have no idea because I was lucky my kids didn't do it, we escaped that, and they 4, but they all got their visas and they are here in the US with me....I hope this information will be useful to you.

Hi nyala62 did the Nvc request anything from u before they sent the case to Ghana and also what should we expect after the case get to Ghana.

No trustG, NVC will not request anything from you because it is an old case ,already passed through them and processed, so they will send it to Ghana after they finish their administrative review. After the case arrives in Ghana the beneficiary will be contacted to come for the interview package,.....We hope for the better for all.

    Yep IcezMan_IcezLady,

Hubby visa was refused on November  2015, but our initial interview was on September 2015, that wicked lady made my husband went to the embassy three times after I left Ghana in October 2015. Before she told him our marriage is a scam,  but God is good and he has promise not to leave us nor forsake us.

So our case was returned to nvc March 23, 2016. Uscis received it April 12 2016. So after returning back from Ghana in January  this year, I contact my senators office again  and ombudsman for assistance .

We receive our noir on March 22nd

We response and I got a text message that they have received it on April 06

And reaffirmed it on May 12 .

It's kind of frustrating. And those consulars can lied.  But thank God we were able to prove her wrong and overcome her so called evidence she said she found. Keep praying and have faith God will surely see us through.

trustG ,Our case and situation is is almost the same as yours. my spouse had an interview on November 30, 2015, a slim white lady denied my wife(I was even there in the Embassy with my wife). She refused us and returned our case back to US, We fought to get the case reaffirmed and sent back to Ghana for another interview which has already been scheduled. So we hope for the best this time. We need your prayers PLEASE to go pass this hurdle

Hi nyala . We received reaffirm confirmation from uscis yesterday that our case has been reaffirmed on 5/12/2017. We thank God I'm so happy and greatful to God. So what should we expect next pls. Thanks

trustG, this is a good news to hear, congratulations. Is your case CR1? Now the USCIS will return the reaffirmed case to NVC, then the case will be returned to the Embassy for new and 2nd interview date. Anyway our case took about 4 months from the NVC receipt of the reaffirmed to the embassy contact. Although cases are different. but it is crazy waiting period. Once again , Congrats.

They have the list of all numbers the embassy called written down at the gate, so when your mom get there she will be asked to confirm her name and contact number. After they cross check and really the embassy called her, they will allow her in.........

Yes this is the right answer .My wife went there and got into the Embassy easily with her Photo ID. It is easy if they called you to come to the embassy for your package. Good Look to all

It is so discouraging!! My husband was denied his I130 visa back in Aug 2016 and it's been sent back to USCIS but we haven't heard anything and we don't even know why he was denied.

Don't worry you will hear something from USCIS. You will receive a NOIR/NOID (Notice of Intention to Revoke or Deny). So they will explain to you the reasons for denial and you have respond within 30 days.

Yes, I did.  I sent it late Friday.  I just spoke with my husband, and he tells me many businesses, banks, etc. are closed today in Ghana.  So maybe the embassy is too.  But I don't expect them to answer me too quickly.  I re confirmed his phone number to them in the email.

Good job. Yes It is holiday today in Ghana.....and the Embassies too will be closed till tomorrow. let's hope for the best in this coming days.

Well, that is worrisome.  I will send an email on Monday.  Two people have already been contacted who are in the same situation, but my husband has not.  Yes, the CEAC status changed from expiring soon to in AP on March 21, 2017.

lutz , So two people including me? Yes try to send an email or call them in Ghana if possible, but I'm pretty sure you will hear from them by Monday if the status on CEAC website has changed. We pray for the best for every one in this journey.

My husband is still waiting for his call to come to the embassy to get his packet.  Our case was also reaffirmed in December 2016, and now I see that two VJ members, whose cases were also reaffirmed in December, have gotten calls.  I am praying my husband gets his call soon.  On the CEAC website, it states his case is in AP since March 21, 2017.

You mean the his status on ceac website was updated to AP from Expiring Soon since March 21?,,,Ours just changed to AP 2 days ago, on April 12. And my wife received a call from them the same day to come on Wednesday. Let's hope for the bast for all
