  1. Thanks for the replies. The guy is crazy. How can you claim to LOVE someone after meeting them for a couple of minutes. He's also extremely antisocial. He never talks to anyone but Mrs. X and when he does it's in monosyllables.."yes" "no" uh huh" etc. He's lying to her so he can keep her where she is. He tells her that after filing she'll be able to travel so she doesn't miss her home country. Also, I don't think the lawyer is legit. He knows A LOT about immigration so he doesn't need a lawyer. He's done this process before so I'm thinking that he took her to someone posing as a lawyer who just fed her all these lies so she wouldn't get to ansty.

Well, she went to break up with him and then said yes to a marriage proposal. Not sure she is any more sane than he is. Looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

  2. Ya, they are asking for both! it says.

FORM G-325A: submit a properly completed and signed Form G-325A for the petioner, and the beneficiary.

PHOTOS Submit two passport photographs for the petitioner, and the beneficiary. The specifications are as follows:

    ---thats all . weird.

It says on the bottom of the G-325A if your native alpahabet is in other than Roman Letters, write your name in your native alapabet.

I am Assyrian, Im not sure if anyone knows what it is lol. Anyways I was born in London, not the middle east but I do speak Assryian so would I have to do that little native alphabet thingy. none of my documents need translations or anything. ehh this stuff sucks !

I'm almost certain since you are a US citizen your normal characters would be Roman letters. If your name on official documents like your birth certificate uses Roman letters, then you don't need to put anything Assyrian here.

  3. Hey ya'll I'm just filling out the G-325A and I have a couple of questions.

    http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

On the first question it says Family Name ...would that be my last maiden name or married last name? I was thinking maiden but I'm not for sure.

Also on the citzenship/nationality question I am a U.S citizen, but I was born in London,England. So would that just be American?

It's also okay fill it out online and print out right? Thankyou :star:

I thought your RFE was for your husband's G-325A. If that is the case I'm sure you know that this information has to be about him, not you, and the form will require his signature.

Family Name: Your current family name. Your maiden name will be one of the names you previously used.

    Citizenship: U.S.A.

  5. look at it this way,USCIS,CSC shall we say at the moment,is a well known agency, they hire and train professionals, and pay them professionally too.i dont think its out of ordinary for a service as much petitions as they have,HOWEVER,going through them as slowly as they are going through is just insane.

Do you actually know how much an adjudicator at USCIS is paid or are you just guessing about these things? How many petitions a month should they be able to adjudicate and what is the basis for the total you reach? OR

Are you really just guessing about things you really don't know to justify venting your frustration about having to wait like the majority of us?

  6. Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 20, 2010 and October 27, 2010*. Yeah right  its November 1st and nothing yet :crying:

I really wish I could understand the way VSC works...seriously they are making me go crazy  I've been looking at Igor's list and several couples who filed their petition 2 or even 3 days later than we did, got their approvals...happy for them but this waiting its getting really annoying

    oh well...God knows better...

    God bless you all

sorry but I needed to vent this out :P

    Patty ♥

If you keep complaining about what god is doing you might be punished.

  7. Ok. Well I don't have a criminal history, not even a traffic ticket, and I really front-loaded our petition. I don't know what else they could possibly want. So what is taking so long...................

But nobody knows that until they look. There isn't a separate box for the clean petitioners.

  8. What exactly do they do in the first step of the process before you get your NOA2 approved? We have been waiting over six months and I'm curious to know what all is involved. I thought it was just looking through the file, reading it, and making sure everything is in order.

"During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators"

  9. really?

Airfare from Caracas to Chicago 1000 or more. Aruba to Chicago is about 450. Las Piedras to Aruba is 150. So, for two of us it is $2000 plus or a total of 1200. Aha! You suspect that I want to take a vacation on Aruba!

    :)

A vacation on Aruba sounds nice. I think your port of entry will be Chicago no matter which you choose.

  10. What instructions? It didn't tell anything in the travel state website plus I called the NVC and the woman I spoke with didn't tell about it. I agree to Loto. Not so important but it would be nice to have those so it is just easy for them to check the list of the documents I sent. About my age, they can take a look at my DS-230 form. Hahaha.... I think what important is the cover sheet. Anyways I appreciate your opinion!

    Exactly
