hi
1)You dont need to arrange the pcc's again from pakistan. You and your wife will only need to submit pcc of saudi arabia. Your sons pcc would be required from watever place they have lived after attaing the age of 16.
2) No, you wil not need to sumbmit AOS again.
Everything embassy requires will be asked in interview letter.Wait for it.
No one can tell you the exact time for your PD to be current. At current pace it would be current at approx. Oct-Nov 2014.
Wait for 12 weeks; then u can e-mail them.

Once the person who was originally petitioned (the principal beneficiary) dies, his family (who are derivative beneficiaries) can no longer benefit from that petition.
Unfortunately, under U.S. immigration law, when the principal beneficiary dies, the petition dies with him. The petition is automatically revoked, and the priority date is no longer valid for any derivative beneficiary (such as the principal beneficiary's spouse and minor children).
While there are provisions in law allowing, in certain circumstances, to have the petition revalidated when the petitioner dies, no such "humanitarian revalidation" exists when it is the principal beneficiary (the one who was petitioned) who dies.
pls chk for any new changes in law...

The time your petition was pending is almost 7 years 8 months and if you subtract that age from son's present age he can qualify for visa as it comes under 21 i.e he's not aged out yet. Without any delay write a email to NVC stating that CSPA applies to the case and wait for their response. You can also call them and inquire the same.

Welcome noval..
Carol is right..
Noval, do provide ur timeline from the I-130 approval to the date the case completed and then all the F4 VJ experts can help you with the retrogression data analysis..

Hi Noval,
If your parent's case has the priority date before Jan 1, 2000, the case will not be affected by Feb 2011 retrogression. I hope your parent will get the interview date soon.
Good luck

What uday said is correct..but ur sister after getting I-130 approved (Hopefully within 7 months) has to submit more forms...if she is in US with valid status, then she can submit the Adjustment forms, but she will only get her visa when the Priority date is current as per Visa Bulletin released every month. But if she moves back to India, then she can go through the consular processing by submitting the DS-230 & DS-3032 forms to the NVC, which inturn sends the entire casefile to your nearest US embassy in India for final Visa Interview..

Based on the data, the only analysis which can inferred is that retrogression will last at a minimum of 6 months and should be over within 1yr..
Right now there is no data for Priority dates which are same for few months..This we are seeing right now..So, Still PD for F4 in March Bulletin is a Mystery..

Happy New Year especially to my Fellow F4 VJ filers for the amount of Patience this Visa Category requires. I wish and Hope the Patience be rewarded for the upcoming F4 Visa Interviews in New year..

Call NVC(1-603-334-0700) right away and provide your USCIS case number and then u will get ur NVC Case Number. While talking to the operator, provide the email address of Beneficiary(Ur Mother) and the Petitioner(Ur Uncle). As ur PD(Priority Date) is still a year away, NVC will contact you through ur email around 9-12 months before the PD is current.
Check my latest post above regarding the timeline. That is the time line of VJ CSPA expert "Udaypannu"...U will get answers from the expert later..
Family Based is not connected to student visa. In your case, your uncle has petitioned for your mother and u r part of the derivative category.Your Interview will be based on the Country of Birth. You are the Best Judge of ur decision..
Welcome safshaikh
Pretty good progress on your timeline..
Coming to ur question, Yes, there would be some amount of delay due to the missing photos and also due to the holiday season. As such F4 category is dependant on the visa availability, the priority date has to be current as per Visa Bulletin... which means even though if ur case is complete, NVC will not schedule the Interview unless the PD is current..Just make sure u immediate goal is to get a SIF and case complete..
Then ur good to go..

Uday
This is not my prediction but an estimation based on other VJ'ers timeline.
Per your timeline IV took 17 days to enter into NVC system. If your IV was delivered at NVC on 11/17 + 14 days = December 3th. This is the date NVC will enter your IV into their system. After that it takes usually 6-7 days for SIF ie. 12/10. So you should probably have your SIF on December 10th (if you don't get any RFE, hopefully not) and then after a day or two (usually) you will have your CC ( Case Complete) on December 12th..
Keep checking the Online Portal and let us know the good news..
Good Luck.

RICARDO4EVA2 is right..
Uday, check for I-864 bar code coversheet from the online payment site and then print and express mail the entire I-864 (Affidavit of Support) Package to NVC.
Write NVC Case Number on the top right hand corner of all pages of the I-864 Package and supplemental pages (tax invoices, employment letter, etc.)
For DS 230, If the payment shows as paid, print out IV bill bar code coversheet from the online payment site. You have to attach the original PC, so, u have to wait for that.
Meanwhile after mailing I-864, Keep calling NVC and check whether their system is updated for your I-864..

you MUST wait until the Cover Letters are generated before you can send ANY documents to the NVC.
