; Please don't focus on the "6 months"! They told me I had to wait 60 days, remember???? And I got approved a month later... I had 35 days left. They just give people a long *ss notice of 6 months to give themself time, even though they don't need to have that much time...

; just called NVC to ask if they received our petition, and they did this morning!! woohoooh.. they will forward it to US Consulate Amsterdam within a few days.. yessss!!! So, that means Amsterdam will receive it next week... I am soooo H to tha APPY =))

; OMG, someone at CSC got approved. They were August 3rd filer and had RFE last January... they waited for over 10 months and they got approved. Ofcourse you will get approved way sooner than that, but I just noticed it

...THEIR BOTTOM!! They also told us to wait 60 more days, but it doesnt mean it takes them 60 days or months for them to make a decision. We got approved a couple of days after we called and they told us they insist that we don't call because they need their time to make a decision... I am just saying, everything is possible!!!

Because looking at this list is torture. I think you should contact your Ombudsman. Yes, we were told to wait 60 days as well, and nobody could do something about it. ; Congressman just called today and left me a voice-mail saying that he really wants to help us on our case. Sooo sweet, but I got to call them back and tell them that we just received our NOA2 yesterday... Other than that, I'm working for 2 hours on our I-129f package, part 2 "After NOA2)".. All the proof and forms. And package 3 is already done!!! =)
