We met online in 2004 through a writing website and were vague friends. In 2008, we both went to the site's annual meetup and became really close friends. Within a few months, he drove to KW for the first time and we've been together ever since :)
I sold a bunch of books to a used book store here in town, actually. Didn't get a lot for them, but better than nothing! And I'm doing well, spending most of July with my fiance thankfully since we're not as far apart as you are! It's getting awfully close!!
