Well still got the same message from them about interviews are scheduled the 2nd week of every month or the following month so I think I will bug them Monday Wednesday and Friday every week until I find out my interview date lol just because im anxious maybe they will get tired of me? then again it has only been 10 days so far so I guess I still have a lot of waiting to do.... Ravis have you tried to call DOS yet? I'm curious as to what they had to say.

call NVC and speak directly to an operator to find out what it could possibly be? it could even be a false RFE. I had one too they had reviewed my AOS package but said I was missing all of the civil documents for the DS260 (main reason for this is that my wife mailed hers a few days after mine, its very possible they just havent finished reviewing your new AOS package) or maybe something is missing? so call NOW and verify what exactly is missing or needed. then post back

Also how soon does DOS usually know the interview date? Its only been a week since case complete but the wait is killing me haha I will probably call nvc on Friday just to check in for updates or something..

If anythiing I would send her some flowers there are many websites that are specifically for sending flowers overseas I am not at home now, using cell phone but if you like I can give you a website when I get home evenb just half dozen roses and a small simple card saying I love you and I'm sorry I hope you understand how much you mean to me etc something along those lines I'm sure will make her day...btw its not just chinese girls its not about race its about females lol good luck!

as long as she can show strong ties to mexico, a reason to go back to like some sort of mortgage lease, a job letter stating she is allowed to be gone for the funeral etc, and when they expect her back then you should be fine just as long as you have a lot of evidence as to her having a good reason to return you should be fine especially since she already has a tourist visa... good luck!

Just wondering the average cost of the medical? Also my wife is from philippines bit works in canada she doesn't have any immunization records, how much will they cost at the medical? Or is it better to just goto a clinic and get them? Which shots are required? I read only a few from that list if coming from canada are needed? Should she just tell them she is immigrating to the US and needs whatever she will need? Thank you all so much.

when your case is updated they will say its been updated or whatever, most people refer to it as a touch, dont worry i didnt have any "touches" at all throughout my USCIS processing

I married my wife in philippines as well though she is working in canada right now. We filed for cr1 visa and its process is almost done the whole process has really only taken 5 months so far and we are hoping to have an interview in april. Good luck chose cr1 over k3! Benefits way outweigh what k3 has to offer as its went so fast already.

I contacted NVC today and was told the same, dates for march is full and need to wait for second week of March for April. I hope all of us get the interview dates sooner. All we can do is hope and pray.

I just wanted to call and confirm with an operator that my case was complete he said yes it was! Also looks like march is full for interviews in Montreal and said something about interviews being scheduled the 2nd week of every month or the next month or something like that... I really hope I dont have to wait until 2nd week of march just to hear anything....1 month wait is long time after waiting this long... ah well just a heads up to those waiting for an interview schedule in Montreal that march is full (not that I was expecting a March interview anyways) and if anyone gets a March interview well NVC is just a bunch of liars lol. jk lets pray for time to fly until we are reunited with our significant others

AVR finally updated!!! CASE COMPLETE!!!! on February 15! im so excited

im glad im not the only one i get so excited when i hear the waiting message take a breath sounds like a person only to say all our operators are still busy blah blah

and after 45 mins... the lady said our case is under final review and the AVR just hasnt updated yet. i hope my wife was able to send everything im still worried i wish we were able to send it all in one so that stupid nonsense rfe didnt happen but still im happy that it is under final review!

Congratulations. I got a false RFE after the case was completed. I suggest you better call NVC and confirm the status.

SIF!!!!!! buttttt AVR still says I have RFE???? i know we sent in 2 different packages and they were delivered at 2 different times so is it possible i still have RFE after SIF? thanks!
