First off, please don't respond to one of my status updates with an irrelevant question. You should have PM'd me. To answer your question...
Who did you send the email to?
Those numbers are assigned to each case individually and are unique. No one but you has those numbers.

If you do need a supplemental sheet, then I uploaded a sample of what I used. Of course, change the info so it reflects yours

Operator didn't know what they were talking about. Usually you get that first email a few days after getting the number.
And the person below me doesn't know what they're talking about. The AOS and IV are separate tracks. You don't have to pay the AOS bill first. And you don't attach a scanned copy.

Thanks for the add!
Haha, get those things packed! And I'd be so giddy as well being that close to POE!

Yeah, I can imagine how school prevented you from visiting. I'm not going to school this semester so I was planning on visiting my husband in the USA, but I got denied twice in August, so I'm not planning on going back anything soon in case I get banned.
Anyways, I'm glad you finally get to see your love in 10 days! And like you said, it was a long journey for you but I...

Yeah, there's a maximum amount of characters allowed. You probably went over
Anyways, I'd suggest getting to the consulate around 6:30am so you can get in and out quickly. Make sure you triple check you have all documents. And be organized! Makes giving documents in a lot easier. And make sure you don't bring anything not allowed inside (backpacks, electronics, etc). Goo...

You'll have to pay the IV bill before sending in the package, don't forget. You need the bar-coded cover sheet from the payment portal (which is only available after paying the bill) before mailing the package.
And I may be done with the visa part, but I've got to deal with ROC currently.

You're very welcome!
Glad you liked the supplemental sheet. I had to use two of them for the DS-230, so wanted to share that one with you to make it easier
And yup, I like my job. It's nice to finally be making money again since I quit my last job March 2010.

Yup, I'm on vacation Finally responded to your PMs too by the way XD
To put an image in your signature, you need to upload the picture somewhere and then link to it in your signature. Mine's uploaded to PhotoBucket, if you're curious

*sigh* Got a letter in the mail from USCIS saying they couldn't process my fingerprints, so I have to go back to get them re-done. The appointment is set for 9am (on 6/13) >_

A year is quite long to prepare! Just make sure you're generating proof of relationship in the next year, so you'll have plenty for when you can apply!
