53 pages?! Wow, lol. How much was the size originally? My 30 pages was 21MB before I reduced it.

Yeah took me sometime to shrink my file size down.

it was 25mb i believe before we got it reduced. had a joint sponsor and basically sent the same things from him as myself.

why do you have to file a waiver??? was it not just one charge>?

Yep just one charge. Crime of Moral Turpitupe and now we have to file a 601 waiver and write a hardship letter and come up with $585 and pray that it is approved.

Unfortunately I believe that you are having a problem with the one charge due to him being over the age of 18 at the time of occurrence. As For the waiver a lot of people have had success in this area and he has been charge free for quite some time now. I will pray you get it quickly

Thanks for the add. NVC is pretty fast after you got ur assigned case number. March 17 I called they said they already received my paper then on the 24th, I got my case number. Gudluck.

I called them yesterday, they had my case since 3/21 but its not yet in the system, they told me to call back after 4-6wks. I'll call them again tomorrow, hehe, its been 11 days already;) goodluck.

I'm sure I messed up something. I was nervous the whole time and my husband kept telling me not to stress out so much. Now HE is the one who got nervous when he finally sent the package off today. LOL BUT he sent it! So YAY!

Yep! Mailed off at 1:30pm today. I am nervous too, especially in regards to my marriage certificate copy. But the process needs to start sometime right? LOL keep me posted on your first touch!

THanks!! He just called... crossed the border with no problems! Didn't even ask to see his paperwork! I'm sooo relieved and now, only 4 hours til we are together!!!!!!!!!!
