    So it's been awhile!! :) My hubby finally made it to the US last month! So, are you moving back to Canada? What's the immigrating to Canada thing all about? I miss my Canadian Comrades on here. Had to move to I2US.net for waiver support which took over a year :( So crazy to think we are done now. :) Take care and talk to you sooN!

      we hope to start the process soon. I miss all my family and friends, plus I have yet to get a Job so We are heading back to Canada.

      I am glad your Husband finally made it, although that is horrible that it took so long. Im always around lol

      why do you have to file a waiver??? was it not just one charge>?

      Yep just one charge. Crime of Moral Turpitupe and now we have to file a 601 waiver and write a hardship letter and come up with $585 and pray that it is approved.

      Unfortunately I believe that you are having a problem with the one charge due to him being over the age of 18 at the time of occurrence. As For the waiver a lot of people have had success in this area and he has been charge free for quite some time now. I will pray you get it quickly :)

    Feeling discouraged and defeated. Tired of signing into payment portal everyday and not getting the SIF. AVR still says the same stupid thing for the last 3 weeks. :(

      53 pages?! Wow, lol. How much was the size originally? My 30 pages was 21MB before I reduced it.

      it was 25mb i believe before we got it reduced. had a joint sponsor and basically sent the same things from him as myself.

    Oops, just saw your comment on my page from the 1st of April. Yes, i got my number and paid our AOS bill and waiting for the next set of forms to open up so I can send them in. One more tax document to round up then good to go. :)

      Thanks for the add. NVC is pretty fast after you got ur assigned case number. March 17 I called they said they already received my paper then on the 24th, I got my case number. Gudluck.

      I called them yesterday, they had my case since 3/21 but its not yet in the system, they told me to call back after 4-6wks. I'll call them again tomorrow, hehe, its been 11 days already;) goodluck.

      THanks!! He just called... crossed the border with no problems! Didn't even ask to see his paperwork! I'm sooo relieved and now, only 4 hours til we are together!!!!!!!!!!
