I sent the IV & AOS papers (F2A visa) via USPS Express Mail. NV received the package on November 2nd. I called the (603) #, to track the status. Automated system indicates that information was received on Nov 15th. Will the automated system tell me when the case is complete? Does my friend need to speak with an operator? I just want to make sure that there is no RFE. Please advise.

AVR is bullshit. my case my completed today and avr still stays reviwing RFE

Yes, a person may receive more than one RFE, but since they told you rest everthing else is OK, then prolly you will have your case complete pretty soon.

I received another RFE email about NVC ready to accept ds-230 form and other documents.

As per NVC they have got huge backlog of postal mails so asked to wait 4-6 wks.

RFE email doesn't ask for anyother specific documents or missing thing... it says only about ds-230 form..

ohh damm. i have a question can i person recive 2 rfe. I have recieved one. I asked them everything else is ok with all of the other documents. So that means i am done right??

Finally received RFE for my DS-230 form and other docs related to it.

Interestingly my forms and packet has already reached NVC 15 days before then why's this RFE?

1. If RFE for DS-230 raised then can we assume our I-864 was already accepted without any further documents required?

2. Is this standard process NVC follows?

do not worry thats how i got my RFE tooo. after 15 days. They have just gotten my RFE today. i called them.

Luckily, I didn't hit on the rocks of RFE to break my bone. Also, I feel USCIS, NVC & Consulate somehow liked me

YEAH avr still hasnt been updated. Also this was my only RFE .. i called them they said everything else was OK.. So no more RFE right.? i just wait for the case complete.

Khanl, my brother-in-law got an RFE too. the AVR still says the same thing (theyve received the response to rfe) but when they called NVC, operator said that his case has been completed. so maybe they just didnt update the AVR.

yeah mine still says RFE was generated on the 29 of OCT. My RFE reached NVC on 6th of NOV. But the AVR is still saying RFE was generated Blah blah.

So you think probally by next week i should have some good news? :unsure:

yes the interview is fine in islamabad embassy they ask lot of question

1. who is your petitioner and name it

2. give me cell number of your petitioner

3. they ask my MSN chatting logs

4. and they ask her do you have emails logs before marriage

5. petitioner job which kind and where

6. how did marriage happen

7. photos

8. did you guys talk to each other

who will reach at islamabad usa embassy it is mess over there they charge 500Rs per person from called SHATTER it a BUS and one charge 200Rs

500 one they delivered you at on time but 200 one they not sure is that stupid

looot of people over there at convention center and in EMBASSY have like fish market lot of noise over there its not like 8 year a go that was soo quite and warm

well the basically at the end they give her a VISA

NOTE ::: question to you guys they says the visa will be send in between 10 days at her home town and passport to my question if they says 10 days so it means 10 days am i write because i payed my plain ticket already i can not hold the plane ticket ahead the ticket makes me crazy so expensive because Christmas, EID and NEW YEAR thats why

NVC received my ds-230 on 01 Nov but AVR still saying awaiting for 3rd party papers...

talked with an operator and I have been informed allow 4-6 weeks for processing..

any idea if RFE on ds-230 or I-864 happens how quickly we will receive it?

it will be probally 2 weeks before u get a RFE "Hope u dont". i kept callin them every other day the NVC op told me i had a RFE. Even before the AVR was update

Mine might get completed on November 19 so I will be expecting the interview date around January 20.

Yeah that sounds about right. I would have been completed in october but stupid RFE. I have already sent that.. so hopefully it should be done soon.. Maybe same time as yours.

I wish it gets for January. But based on kanish and AN83 their cases got completed on 8/30 and on November 5th they got the letter for their interview in December.

My Priority date is 09/09. Hoping to get the case completed this month, I'm projecting the interview date by february.
